About Me

A woman named Jocelyn, Brand Designer and Photographer of The Alcotype, poses with a camera in her hands.

Here’s a little more about my journey and how I got here.

Before design and photography became my focus, I spent seven years as an elementary school music teacher, a role I loved, but one that eventually led to burnout and a gut feeling that something more awaited me.

Teaching will always hold a special place in my story. It shaped how I connect with people and helped me develop the skills to create meaningful experiences. That foundation now fuels my passion for building brands and capturing moments through design and photography. My work is about helping clients tell their stories authentically while creating experiences that resonate with their audiences.

When I’m not working, you’ll still find me with Jake or exploring new places with Keith, documenting our adventures as fellow creators on Average Lost Couple. My experience as a creator gives me a unique perspective on what brands need to grow and connect with their communities.

If you’re ready to turn your vision into a brand experience or capture your story through photography, let’s connect. Explore my services or reach out today.
